Cooling Tower Coating
Provide the services of factory authorized service technicians to renew existing tower basins using a cooling tower specially formulated elastaseal coating, which is a high strength, industrial coating used will protect the cooling tower surfaces from corrosion and seal leaks. Furthermore, the coating is a flexible membrane, so it expands and contracts with the movement of the panels it is adhered to, which means that it effectively seals leaks!
Cooling Tower Fill Replacement
Cooling tower fill is a specially designed component of the cooling tower, with the sole job of making sure the most water possible contacts the most air possible, for the longest amount of time. The cooling tower, depending on its design, will have a system or structure created to allow the buildings system hot water to circulate over the fill for cooling through evaporation. But, when the cooling towers fill damaged or aged fill material, the heat transfer the tower was designed to facilitate cooling cannot occur in the manner it was designed.
